DESIGN TO PROSPER: Make your HOME or OFFICE a Money Magnet!
The world is offering unbelievable challenges for many Americans. Many of us are losing our sense of control. With good reason. We can’t control the stock market or the myriad of other challenges we face everyday. But we CAN control how we live. We can control our personal environment. Look around your home or office. Your home or apartment could be making you poor! At least giving you a poor attitude and outlook on life which you carry out your door to the office, school, church and everyday life . . .

Here are Franks 5 Steps That Make S.E.N.S.E.

Save. Time to save on space and cash. Find multi-functional furniture and other household items. Buy one piece instead of three. Cramped quarters feel just that – cramped. Free yourself to move and flow in your own space.

Economize. Economize your space. That means de cluttering! How can you expect your life to be in order when your house is a mess?  Centralize your “business” life in one place – organize your bills and keep all of your important files in one place. That will give you peace of mind.

Nest.  Create a space in your home that is yours and yours alone. Mediate, read, journal. The only rule – low tech only – so no electronics or gadgets. Keep the noise to a minimum. Light a candle and get back to yourself. You’ll feel energized and creative again!

Success.  Create a success wall for yourself and family. With the weight of the world on our shoulders, you need to remind yourself of the impact you have on your family, the community, your company, yourself. It can be anything from putting up your college diplomas to pictures of your grandchildren to water color painting you did yourself.

Energy. Colors and style go along way to creating energy in your life. Look at our office. Pretty drab? Your home shouldn’t be. Plants bring life. Photos bring life. Energize your space! No white corporate walls. This is a place for you to come to after a busy day to be renewed!  Energy also means literally lighting your way!  Find mood lighting – lamps and avoiding ceiling lights that are bright and unflattering. Soft, pretty lights will keep you cozy and happy as the weather turns.
